New Years Eve Outfit Inspirations

I don't know about you, but you either love or hate New Years Eve. I'm one of those people that hates it. I've always have, and probably always will. I just feel the night holds such great expectations, and you're setting yourself up for disappointment. But of course, never one to be unprepared, I've come up with a number of outfits depending on the occasion!
Party: If there's any night of the year when you can go a little over the top it's New Year's Eve. I've taken a simple black dress, tights and shoes- which every girl has in their wardrobe and accessorized it. This cape from River Island is gorgeous, and would be perfect for the occasion. You don't need any necklace, and adds instant glamor to a plain black dress. Keep everything else simple with stacked bangles, and a gold/neutral eyeshadow, with lashings of mascara. Top it all off with glitter nail polish for an extra bit of sparkle.

House Party: Now for me personally House Parties are great on New Years. There's not a lot of pressure to have the "best night of the year" and you can just have fun with friends. If I go to a house party I'd love to wear something like this. This Topshop pleather skirt, is a firm favorite in my wardrobe, it's a flattering style and can be worn dressed up or down. I'd love to pair it with a purple sequined T-shirt, black ankle boots, stacked rings and a funky baseball cap. Not to everyone's taste I know, but I fricken love the baseball hat trend, and will continue to rock it ;) I'd wear cool green nail varnish to compliment the purple and tone down the outfit with a neutral toned clutch!
Fancy Affair: If I had somewhere mad fancy to go on New Years Eve, I'd go, regardless of how I felt about the night. Truth be told I love dressing up in evening gowns,I feel so sophisticated and elegant in long dresses and wish there was more occasions to wear them. This gorgeous dress is from New Look. The colour is so rich, and red is such a festive colour, making it perfect for the occasion. The Hi-Low hem is still very much on trend, and gives you a chance to show off some skin, while still being demure. I've paired it with a blazer for a bit of warmth. To compliment the dress I paired it with gold accessories. I'd opt for earrings over a necklace on this occasion as I feel it's more dressy, and tie in the whole outfit with a fully sequined bag! To keep the outfit classy a nude lip, and nails would be perfect!
Dinner and Drinks: Since a lot of people are like myself, and would perhaps just go out for a dinner and a few drinks with their friends or other half. I've no solid plans as of yet for the night but I'm swinging on wearing something like this! I'd love to rock floral leggings, and a sexy sheer top, with either pumps, ankle boots or my well loved wedges. It's an effortless look, that's comfortable and easy to throw on! Add a statement necklace, and nails and you're ready to go! Don't forget to wear a nice bra, as there's nothing worse than wearing a sheer shirt, with a bad bra!

What's everyone's plans? Whatever you do, I hope you have a safe and fun night!

Sale Shopping Tips

Hey Girls! I know many of you will be braving the January Sales tomorrow, so I just wanted to do a few tops for you. I know Sale shopping can be a little bit stressful, but if you prepare in advance, you'll make it as stress free as possible!
  •  Before you leave make a wish list, of items you've wanted before Christmas.
  • Check online. You might find everything you want in the comfort of your own home! Everywhere has pretty much started their sales online now.
  • Start early. The early bird catches the worm bargains.
  • Set a strict budget, and don't go over it.
  • Shop on your own. That way you can spend as long as you want in the store, without feeling pressured to leave.
  • Wear comfy clothes. You'll want to be as comfortable as possible dealing with the crazy crowds. Leggings, a comfy T-shirt and Cardigan, with an across the body bag would be the best option. Don't forget comfortable shoes!
  • Eat before you leave the house, to keep your energy levels up.
  • Don't buy it just because something is majorly reduced, if you wouldn't buy it full price, don't but it, full stop.
  • Don't buy into trendy items. Yes that item may be the height of fashion now, but come next season it will be yesterday's news, and chances are you won't want to wear it.
  • Buy Wardrobe staples. Black Dresses,Jeans,Blazers, Leather Jackets,Basic t-shirts,leggings etc. will never date, and you'll always have a use for them. If they are on sale, snap them up!
  • Think long term. The great thing about the January Sales is they have items for all seasons. See a really cute Summer dress, that you know you'll wear, pick it up for your Summer holiday's.
  • Know the Returns Policy on Sale Items. Some shops are flexible while others aren't.
  • Enjoy yourself, after all shopping is meant to be an enjoyable experience.

Hope these tips help you when you tackle the January sales!

Christmas Outfit Idea's

Hey Girls!
Now I don't know about you, but I have to plan my outfits over the festive season! I'm a busy bee next week and if I don't plan my outfits, I'll A) buy something last minute, that I'll never wear again or B)wear something I'm not really comfortable in. Neither are viable options in my opinion! I've put together a few looks Christmas looks, ranging from Kris Kindle with the girls to a Family Christmas Eve celebration! I hope this helps any of you who haven't a clue what their going to wear over Christmas :)
 Work Night Out

Work Night Out: For me personally I only work with a handful of girls, and as a result we're great friends. As I work in retail, I don't have to worry about being conservative or being wary of what I wear. Of course this doesn't mean I'll go out in a hoochie dress or anything of the sort, but It's a little more relaxed as opposed in an office environment for example. I love this outfit. It's festive, fun  and glamorous. It's sexy without flashing the flesh, and with the injection of pink, makes this outfit stand out a little. H&M always have sequin tops, as do Topshop. For plus size options Asos Curve, Simply Be and Yours Clothing always have something a bit sparkly ;) For Pleather skirts also try Asos/Asos Curve, River Island and Topshop! I recently got one in Topshop for €58!
Kris Kindle with the Gals
Kris Kindle:  The Day after I go out with the girls from work, I have a Kris Kindle evening with some of the girls, which I'm really excited about! As I'll be a little bit tired ;) I've put together a comfy outfit, with a bit of festive cheer thrown in. The world and their mother will be wearing Christmas Jumpers this year, and yours truly will be no different ;) I'll pair mine with denim hot pants, thick tights and my Topshop Vectra's. I'll no doubt be wearing something novelty on my face/head..all in the spirit of Christmas! I needn't tell y'all where to get Christmas Jumper's as all the shops are swimming with them! If you're lucky though Primark may have a few left ( Check both the men and women's sections!). Since my lips get crazily chapped after a night out, I'll have my trusted carmex on hand, as I've to prepare for the following night....
Girls Night Out: A Few of my other friends and I are going out on the Saturday before Christmas for dinner, cocktails and a night of festive fun! To be the only colour choice for a Christmas  night in my opinion is red! This lovely lace dress is from Miss Selfridge, but Penney's and Asos/Asos Curve have similar ones too! I've added gold accessories to warm up the red, as well as a gorgeous Leopard print bag to make the outfit stand out. And of course not to mention Reindeer Antlers...but those are pretty much essential for Christmas.

Christmas Eve: So it's the night before Christmas, and with all the partying, the last minute shopping and the working crazy hours, let's face it you're wrecked! You want something easy to wear, that's pretty, dressy and festive! You can't go wrong with a black skater dress (bonus points if it's glittery!) It's easy to throw on and easy to accessorize. I teamed this outfit with a baby pink faux collar(From Tesco!) and a gorgeous beaded clutch from Accessorize. It looks like you've made an effort, but in reality it's pretty much an effortless outfit. Pair it with black tights and a black court shoes and you're set to go!

Christmas Day: After the excitement of present exchanging and slobbing around your Christmas Themed Jammies(Bought especially) you'll no doubt have to haul yourself up and get dressed! Personally I'm wearing a gorgeous red velvet dress on Christmas Day, as I saw it back in October and HAD TO HAVE IT. It's gorgeously ruched and is very flattering on my curvy figure! If I hadn't already seen it, I'd most likely hot foot it to River Island and pick this baby up! It's more taupe in real like and have black panels which has an instant slimming affect, which is perfect after that selection box ;)! F.Y.I plus size gals look at Simply Be, Asos Curve and Yours Clothing for something similar :) I'd keep it nice and elegant with the luxurious Wolford tights and suede platforms for gold detailing, a long with gold accessories. To finished the outfit off I'd wear this gorgeous Faux Fur coat, and a slick of MAC "Ruby Woo" Lipstick :)
St Stephens Day/Boxing Day: Now after all the eating and drinking over the last couple of days, if you have to get dressed and go out in St Stephens Day you want to be comfortable! No doubt after Christmas Day, you're still stuffed! If I go out I plan on wearing an outfit very similar to this! An Over sized Dressy Jumper, wet look leggings and wedges are one of my all time favorite outfit combinations! Add a clutch, bright lippy and a statement necklace, and you'll be ready to continue the festivities! There are tones of over sized jumpers in all stores, both straight sized and plus size, as well as wet look leggings! This Particular jumper is from Romwe, an online store, that I'm falling in love with! It definitely feeds my over sized clothes addiction!

Anyway, no matter what you're doing girls, find an outfit that you feel a million dollars in :)

Gift Idea's For Everyone :)

I've decided to put together a few Christmas Idea's for y'all. As a fashion lover, beauty junkie and a girly girl all rolled into one, I decided to compile a few idea's for you. There's nothing I love more than giving gifts, especially ones I know the person will love! As Christmas can be expensive all of these gifts are under €40! With most of them being under €25! So you're guaranteed to make someone very happy, without breaking the bank :)
For all those Fashion Lovers out there!
For the ultimate fashion lover, I discovered this Vogue Portrait on Esty, It's a fashion lover's dream, and I can pretty much guarantee it would be hung up immediately in their bedroom! These Suspender tights, from "Pretty Polly" are a cool and quirky, and these ones are One Size, fitting most girls, eliminating the dilemma of what size to get.  Jewellery, as anyone worth their salt knows can transform an outfit. River Island, Asos and Topshop all have quirky up to date pieces that are pocket friendly, and make excellent gifts! Style Guides are always greatly appreciated, from Gok Wan to our own Lisa Fitzpatrick you'll find a book to suit your fashionista! Skull's are still very much in trend, with no signs of dying out just yet, this clutch from channels Alexander McQueen, It comes in both black and this gorgeous Silvery colour, which is perfect for the festive season, and looks a lot more expensive that it actually is! I've seen ones retailing in stores for much more.
Stocking Fillers
Cute little stocking fillers for the girliest of all girls <3
For girly girls, anything pink or floral (or both!) are the perfect gift! Yankee Candles are not only affordable but smell divine, you can get any scent you can imagine. You can never get enough pairs of gloves, especially if you live in Ireland or the UK. With the weather plummeting you need to stay wrapped up. These gorgeous knitted ones from Accessorize would be an ideal gift! Girly Heaven is located within the walls of Cath Kidston, where you can buy gorgeous mugs, lip balms, makeup bags, hand creams in an array of gorgeous floral girly colours. For all you Irish folk, hot foot it to Avoca, where you can buy gorgeous girly gifts. You can pick up lovely soaps, cute aprons and girly kitchen wear- perfect for mammy! I don't know about you but I'm a cold creature and am freezing all the time, so this cute hot water bottle would be a very welcomed gift to any girl who is freezing all day, every day. Not to mention it's fricken adorable! *hoot hoot* Again Channeling Alexander McQueen this gorgeous Scarf from River Island is cute and girly, yet incorporating the skull motif. It's a great length and the colour is fab, as not only can you wear it now, you can wear it coming into Spring/Summer.
For all those Beauty Junkies out there!
Okay, so if you're friend/sister/mother/grandmother is in to beauty, you better believe they'll have quite a stash of makeup/beauty products. These cute little idea's might be something a little bit different to what they'd normally buy for themselves. The 120 eyeshadow pallet which has been highly talked about, the staying power and the pigmentation are supposed to be amazing for the price (approx €19.99 on Ebay) You get every colour under the sun, in both matt and shimmer, making it a great gift for any beauty lover! You can never have enough makeup brushes, and for me personally they feel like a bit of a splurge. My personal favourite are Real Techniques which you can pick up for as cheap as chips in all Boots Pharmacy's. Lush Cosmetic's are probably the best Christmas present's for beauty junkies! Everything smells divine, they have ready made gift sets and you can spend as little or a much as you like. Smaller gift sets retail from around €13 so you can pick up something within your budget :)

Men's list
For the men in your life <3
Men are always quite difficult to buy for. Be it you Dad, Boyfriend, brother or Friend. You really can't go too wrong with aftershave, original no, but lets face it, they most likely need it ;) The likes of Topshop have lovely zippy hoodies and rucksacks all for a reasonable price, as well as now doing mens shower sets! With River Island having cute Christmas Jumpers! Primark(Penney's) have great Christmas jumpers too, as well as novelty socks which are great stocking fillers! Headphones are always a good buy too, you can get decent ones in HMV, and aren't are pricy as you'd imagine! :) For a funny gift, perhaps a Kris Kindle these funny Moustache's will give you all a good giggle! You can get them for about a tenner in Urban Outfitters! Hat's and glove's are also good present's, again not original, but with this weather being bitterly cold, again it will be welcomed, and used!

Gangsta Style

Parka:Primark,Tunic:Topshop,Hat:River Island,Bag:Louis Vuitton

Hey Lovelies,
OK this is not my usual style, but hey, what's the fun in fashion if you can't experiment every now and again.I wore this heading out for dinner the other night. Myself and my lovely friend Rachael went for dinner and to have a mooch around the shops! I came home with 2 rails to try and make an attempt at sorting out the monstrosity that is my room.. I'll make a crack on it this weekend, before I die buried under a pile of clothes. I've seen quite a few bloggers with this jacket, and saw how popular it was, so when I ventured into Primark last week I didn't expect it to be there, but to my surprise it was! I snapped it up (along with a denim shirt, boots, and a few snuggly jumpers). As you do of course...!

I Kept the rest of the outfit quite plan with a Topshop plain black tunic and some leggings. The hat was a bit of a hit and miss between my friends, but sure whatever - They're used to my crazy head wear! ;) With the weather taking a really cold turn, I've been bulk buying the Cosy tights from Primark. They've fleece on the inside, and definitely keep you warm. They're especially good for girls who wear tights all the time, and don't want to compromise on warmth, and at €4 a pop, you can't go too wrong!

All That Glitters

I've a little beauty post for you!I love to mix up this blog a little every now and again. As you already know I'm pretty much a beauty junkie, as well. I've been asked a few times about my daily makeup routine, so will hopefully get a post up on that in the next week or two :) As I've promised I'll be doing a few posts on Christmas Gifts, and I've recently come across this little gem, that I have to share with you!
China Glaze "All That Glitters" Set:€11

On a recent shopping trip with a fellow blogger Laura, we came across this nail polish set. She snapped it up and loved it. It was only after her review that I decided to take the plunge myself. I've only recently gotten into regularly doing my nails in funky colours, where before I was a pretty solid pink/red or french kind of gal. Now in the festiveness of Christmas I decided to snap this set up. At around €11 you can't go too wrong, especially for a well known nail polish brand. Usually in these gift sets, the bottle is really small, but the bottle are very generous for the price, considering a full price China Glaze product for retail for around €8. Now as it's glitter you do need to build up the colour with two or three coats, but it's really gorgeous and sparkly, making it perfect for a night out! As well as applying two or three coats, I would recommend to apply a top coat to ensure the nail polish lasts any length of time. It's the perfect gift for a nail polish fiend or a perfect stocking filler!

Dress&Necklace(worn as a bracelet):Dorothy Perkins,Clutch:River Island

Hey Girlies,
Last Saturday a few of us went out for my lovely friend Niamh's Birthday. It was a great night, which left us with very sore head's the following Sunday. I'm so happy I now have the majority of weekends off! Normally I would of just gone home by two, so I would be bright eyed, and bushy tailed for work (Sensible Sian or what!), but with having weekends off, I can dance the night away! On Sunday afternoon we went and got some Eddie Rockets and had a good catch up on the happenings on the night. I had a bit of a dilemma, on what I was going to wear. I'd bought a dress on Asos that did me absolutely no favours, so I didn't know what I was going to do! On sorting out some of my clothes on Saturday afternoon I found this dress in my wardrobe. I'd bought it in September in London with the intent to wear it over the festive season, and since it was December first, I rocked it. I paired it with black tights and wedges. An easy outfit to put together, when you're in a mad rush!

Christmas Wish List

Christmas Wish List

Victoria Secret Pink T-Shirt,Hollister Men's Tracksuit pants, DSLR Camera,Nars"Orgasm"Blusher,D&G:No.3 Perfume,Benefit Eyebrow kit,,YSL:Lipstick,Benefit:"Hello Flawless" Foundation,Burgundy Vans, Real Techniques Makeup Brushes,Naked2 Pallet,Sequined Ugg Boots.

As I know Santa reads this blog from time to time, I thought I'd help him see what I'd like for Christmas :) I've had my beady eyes on a DSLR camera so I can take better pictures for this blog and to turn photography into a bigger hobby. I've always wanted to try the Benefit "Hello Flawless Foundation" as  I've heard such rave reviews, and running low on foundation. As a lover of the comfort of Ugg boots, but not so much on their appearance I love these sequined ones. They really cute and don't look as Uggly ;) My stash on perfume is getting rather sparse now so the D&G number 3 would be lovely! I'm obsessed with it :)

I've already started my Christmas shopping, and I can't wait to give out my gifts, as I've put a lot of thought into them this year, Giving is always better than receiving! I'll be doing a few Christmas Gift
posts over the next week or two, to share some idea's with you, so stay tuned :)

Happy 1st of December! Can you believe how quick time is going this year?

I love Autumn

OK I know I'm late hopping on this bandwagon now that it's nearly officially Winter, but thought I'd do this cute tag before we wave Goodbye to Autumn for another year! I tag all of you, so let me know if you do it :)

1. Its Autumn, what are you most looking forward to in this season?
I really look forward to Halloween, I'm obsessed with all scary movies, and I LOVE dressing up. It's also my Birthday the week after Halloween, so I always look forward to that too. The Lead up to Christmas is something I always look forward to as well :)

2. What Autumn item in your closet are you most excited to pull out?
Chunky Knits! I live in Chunky knits,  They're so easy to throw on over leggings and boots!

3. Since Halloween is the first holiday to celebrate, we all get treated with a horror film marathon all month long...What is your favourite scary film to watch?
Oh Lordy, Choose just one?!A toss up between"From Hell" and"Sleepy Hollow"...with "Sleepy Hollow" probably in the lead...

4. What is your favourite Autumn treat?
Butlers Cookie Hot Chocolate! Hot chocolate with crushed Oreo Cookies in it, what's not to love?

The bright colourful clothes!, I love me black, but I love wearing bright floral prints and wearing no tights!

6. What make-up/beauty products do you love for Autumn?
A good moisturiser (E45 cream is my favourite), Carmex lip balm. I'm also loving the deep burgundy lips, that everyone's rocking this year. Also Suncream, it's just an important in Autumn than it is in Summer!

New Knitwear, what can I say...I'm obsessed. I bought loads of jumpers in H&M and Topshop. River Island also have
some gorgeous knits!

10. What is your favourite season and why?
Winter! I love Christmas, I love cuddling up on the couch watching Rom-coms and chilling out with the people I love <3 *N'awwwh*

Hair Care Routine Part:2

{Haha, couldn't resist!}
I get asked a lot about my hair, I did a recent post here about what products I use. I thought I'd let ya'll know how I get my hair so big! It's not secret that I love me, a big hair do. I just don't feel good with flat hair, and haven't had flat hair in about 7 years! As of late I've been really making the effort to take better care of my hair, as I know all this backcombing can't be good for it ;)
"Shine Definition Spray":Tresemme Backcombing brush:Salon Supply store. "Backcomb Dust":Tresemme

I've recently discovered the new Tresemme "Texture Style" range in boots, and must say it's made getting big hair extremely easy. I use the Definition Spray on a day to day basis. It gives your hair texture making it easy to backcomb. On a day to day basis, I usually do the following:
  • Split my hair into a side parting.
  • Brush hair through, making sure I've no knots.
  • Spray the "Shine Definition" Spray into my roots, and rub it in.
  • Taking the backcombing brush, I take each section of my hair and backcomb it from underneath, getting in as close to the root as I can get.
  • My hair tends to look crazy at this point, so I just lightly brush over it with the backcombing brush, and then clip up a small part of the larger side of hair.
  • I pin back the section the falls in my face with a clip which adds more volume at the top.
  • If I'm heading on a night out, I will also use the "Back Combing Dust" as it gives me super volume, and my hair stays extremely big all night!

It's really not that hard, I've just used trial and error, to find out the best style for me! Hope this little tutorial is informative for some of you :)

Sparkly Sutds

Jumper:Coco Boutique,Sunglasses:Primark,Necklace:New Look,Bag:Louis Vuitton

Hey Lovelies,
Phew, finally an OOTD! I've been so busy, I've hardly had a chance to breathe let alone get me dad to take a picture! I'm back to work and back to reality, after a whirlwind weekend ;)
My parent's kindly got me this lovely  jumper for my Birthday. It's nice a baggy, and extremely comfy, perfect for day's like today when it wasn't bitterly cold, and the sun popped up to say hello! It's the perfect knit jumper, and its not black (yay!) I wore it with my studded velvet Vectra's from Topshop and my H&M leggings. It's an easy outfit to wear when you're on the run, and legging it out the door. I love the colour as you're not only limited to wearing it in Winter. The studs and gems are a really nice touch, and give this comfy knit a bit of glamour!

Birthday Celebrations (again!)

I promise you this is my last Birthday post. I was truly spoilt this year, and want to thank everyone who made it so very special!  I had a great night last night, perfect end to an amazing Birthday weekend! All I can hope is to top it next year ;) I saw this dress back in June and I had to snap it up. My friend actually works in Topshop, and text me to let me know it was on sale, and there was one left in a size 16! Needless to say, I went in before work the next day, and it was there with my name one it! It's just absolutely stunning, the colour, the shape and the style. It's got a low dip back, and has cap sleeves. It's a gorgeous Skater dress and is just perfect for some birthday Celebrations! As it's November and bloody freezing I looked long and hard for a blazer to go with it. I had given up and was going to pair it with black, when I ran into town the day off, and saw this Blazer in Dunnes, one size 16 left. I think this whole outfit was fate, and I'm delighted. Over all I had a wonderful Birthday, and I'm a bit gutted it's over!

Hope you all had a lovely weekend!

Thanks Mum and Dad <3

Hair Care Routine, Part 1

The most asked questions from you lovely lot, are about my hair and me eyebrows. So I thought I'd let ya'll know what products I use. Now before I start rambling I am definitely not a "Beauty Guru", but I'll just let you guys know what I use, and what I find works well for me.

Now as I'm sure you've all noticed, I'm a fan of big hair. I love backcombing and don't think I'll ever be a fan of hair with no volume.  First things first, I rarely straighten my hair. After about my 5th GHD broke (2 nearly went on fire, one disappeard, one randomly wouldn't work and an ex stood on another one!) So I gave up on straightening my hair and now have a some
what crappy one from BOOTS, that I forked out a whopping €15 for. It does the job, as my hair doesn't stay straight for long anyway, it just makes my hair a little less cray.

Anyway, enough of my mumbo jumbo...
My favorite Shampoo & Conditioner has to be the "Miracle Moist" from Aussie. It's available in Nationwide in all good Pharmacy's and Supermarket's. It claims to be for "hair that's dry, damaged, and a little unhappy"  I repurchased this on Saturday, as there was a promo on in BOOTS, where you can purchase two Aussie Products for €7. An absolute bargain that I couldn't resist. It makes my hair so soft and silky and not to mention it smells lush. Definitely a great alternative to higher end brands, and I couldn't recommend the Aussie line more.

I went shopping with my lovely blog friend Laura, and she recommend this L'oreal "Extraordinary oil" to me on Saturday. Thank you Laura!, it has officially become my new favourite hair oil. I've only used it three times, but WOW it's certainly made a great first impressions. My hair feels amazing afterwards, it's literally like silk. At over €12 this was a bit of an indulgence for me in terms of hair care, but you get a generous sized bottle, and you only need 2 or 3 pumps every go, so this bottle will definitely last me awhile. You can use it both on wet and dry hair depending on what you want the oil to do. I've also been loving "Bio Silk Oil" That I received in last month's Glossy Box, so when that runs out, I'll be using that as well. My hair has never been in such good condition, and now I've two great hair oils to choose from!

My Hair Care Routine Part 2, will all be about how I get my hair HUUUUGE, watch this space gorgeous girls :)

Turban:River Island,Jumper:Fran and Jane. Lipstick:Sephora

Hey Lovelies,
It was Pay Day on Friday(whoop) and while doing my rounds of the shops on my Lunch Hour, I see this turban. Now I know it's not for everyone, but I've surprisingly  fallen in love. How cool is it? It keeps your head warm, and is a funky alternative to a hat, when the weather isn't exactly bitter yet. I've got a darker purple Lipstick(Kate Moss' collection last year) which I think would really bring out the purple in the turban! I'll be rocking it on my next day off, I think! The jumper you can't actually see, but is lovely and over sized and incredibly comfy. I've already purchased the pink version. I don't know about you, but I love wearing over sized knits in the Winter. It's so easy to throw on with over the knee boots or even thick tights and you're warm and stylish. Fran and Jane's knitwear this season is spot on, and I pretty much want all of it.

I'm so sleepy so I'm going to hit the hay. I'll be doing an eyebrow tutorial over the next couple of days, as a few people have requested it :) If you want anything else requested, don't hesitate to get in touch. Your wish is my command <3

Leather Sleeves

Dress:Forever21,Jacket:River Island,Scarf:Primark,Shoes:Topshop,Bag:Fran and Jane,Sunnies:H&M

Hey Lovelies,Yay an outfit post!

I'll make this one short and sweet, as I'm off to get dressed for Halloweeeeen. I've the cutest costume ever!

At the moment I love the whole leather sleeve look. I got this gorgeous jacket in River Island, last month. I  just love the leather sleeve and the deep burgundy tweed effect, it's neutral enough and can be worn with both jeans and dresses. It's comfy and casual, perfect for Saturday shopping. I paired it with a plan black dress and my studded Topshop Vectra's. I bought this bag from Fran and Jane, after loving the beige one I wore to Cheryl Cole so much. It reminds me of Stella McCartney and at €69, it's only a fraction of the price. I'll definitely be wearing this all Winter. The Long handles are great for shopping as you can wear it on your shoulder or wear it across the body, leaving your hands free  for shopping! I had a lovely day shopping with my lovely blogger friend Laura. It's so nice to meet other bloggers-especially Irish ones!

I'll have an outfit from tonight up tomorrow! I'm so excited.

Hope you have a nice night :)

Why do you Wear Makeup?

I've been thinking of getting more into beauty and have loads of fab products I want to review for you guys. I've seen this tag on a few blogs, so thought I'd give it a whirl. This will always be a predominately fa(t)shion blog, but I'd like to throw in a beauty post every now and again. I will have an outfit post up tomorrow or Sunday. *pinky promise*

When did you begin loving makeup?
I've always been such a girly girl, and since I was about 9 or 10 was obsessed with makeup. I was mainly obsessed with lip products, especially loving lipstick(nothing's change there!) and eyeshadow, which was mainly mad colours.Wild blues, purples and green's were my favourite I although took a little break from makeup when I was about 11 and 12 when I went through my mad tom boy stage. I wore baggy jumpers and skater jeans, thinking I was like Avril Lavigne! Upon starting Secondary School my love affair started up again and has been strong ever since. I just love how makeup can change an entire look. Some day's I love the natural look, while some others I go for a vibrant red or deep plum lipstick to shake things up.

How do you feel without makeup?
I'm quite a confident person so to be honest with you it doesn't bother me too much. My skin has it's moment's but is generally clear. I don't mind popping to the shops, seeing friends or boyfriends without makeup. You still look the same, its the exact same face! maybe just a little paler and slightly more blotchy! Don't get me wrong I love wearing makeup, and it does give me confidence while wearing it, and I especially love getting dolled up for a night out (it's the most fun part of the night, in my opinion!Close second to shaking my bum on the dance floor) but I'm also confident without it. I just think there is such a huge envious put on makeup to change your appearance rather than enhancing it. Saying that I always have to have me eyebrows filled in. It frames me face after all ;)

What do you like about makeup?
I love how a great foundation can even out my skin tone, and how that perfect blush can give you
rosy cheeks giving you a health glow. I love lashing on the mascara to make my eyes really pop, while complimenting a smokey eye look. Filling in my eyebrows is probably the most loved and hated part of my makeup routine. I love how they look when I'm finish, and I hate the effort it takes to make them even.  Most of all I love how makeup enhances my natural features :)

Three (Four) "Holy Grail" Items:
  • Rimmel's "Wake me Up" Foundation. Best budget foundation I have ever used. My Chanel and Estee Lauder have been gathering dust since this baby came on the scene.
  • Benefit's "Bad Gal" I still prefer this to "They're real" I love the thickness of the brush and how it never leaves your lashes clumpy.
  • Nars Blush in "Orgasm" My favourite blush of all time. It gives my cheeks the perfect glow. I use a little for day, then use a bit more for night time.
  • The MUA Dupe for Urban Decay's Naked Pallet. I have both and use the MUA more. Same pigmentation and lasting power as the Naked Pallet, and for under £5, you really can't go too wrong.

Hope you enjoyed reading my answers! I tag all you lovely ladies to do it :) Let me know if you do-would love to read them

River Island Wishlist

River Island

Everything:River Island

Evening Lovelies :)

It's no secret here, that one of my favourite shops is River Island. I find them more trend driven then Topshop. I know where my paycheck is going this month. I find their prices have come down over the past year or two, and now just hope Topshop do the same! I need this coat in my life. I was on Twitter last night, and ask your opinion's, so I'm going to get it for a Birthday treat :) It's too amazing for words! Faux fur, pleather and tartan all in one-yes please. I don't know about you guys, but I'm digging the baseball hat! :)

If you haven't entered my Giveaway you should do so now, before as it's it ends tomorrow at midnight.

All That Glitters

Dress:Topshop,Pashmina:Fran and Jane, Necklace&Boots:Primark, Bag:Louis Vuitton

Happy Monday Lovelies,

I'm not particularly a fan, but hey one step closer to the weekend again, eh? I had a busy week/weekend been going non-stop so I finally get to update my little space in the interweb ;) I wore this yesterday shopping with one of my buds, then a few of us relaxed and watched XFactor. Normally we go out for dinner every Sunday, but since the XFactor is dictating our weekends until December we decided to have it in each other's houses every week, get yummy food and have a catch up on our week.

I unfortunately missed last week, but I was so delighted to be back this week and got double the news! I was working like a mad thing all week, so my outfits consisted of my work uniform (albeit lovely ones!) I just didn't have time to snap pics of them every morning before I went to work. So I wanted to make a little effort yesterday. I bought this dress two months ago, for some occasion, but in the end wore something else, typical me! I love it and although it's dressy I decided to dress it down, so I can get more wear out of it. It's a lovely dusky pink, with glitter through it, very Wintery! For a more casual look I added the pashmina and ankle boots, but I will definitely be rocking this little number with nude shoes over the Party Season!
